Our homeroom class will have a “brain break” and snack time together daily. Since we have an early lunch this year, we will be enjoying a small snack time in the afternoon. Please help your child develop healthy eating habits by sending in a healthy snack daily for your child. Here are some ideas:
*Crackers: saltine, cheese, graham, wheat thins, etc.
*Fruit: cut up apples, oranges, watermelon, strawberries, etc.
*Veggies: baby carrots, celery, etc. with dip
*Cheese Sticks, String Cheese
*Trail mix, Dried Fruit
*Mini boxes of Raisins
*Bagels and Cream Cheese
*Applesauce, Fruit Cups
*Fruit Snacks, Fruit roll-ups
*Granola Bars, Nutri Grain Bars
*Yogurt, Gogurts
*Cookies: Animal, Vanilla Wafers, etc.
*Chips
*Popcorn (Already Popped)
